Liquid Dispensing for Every Industry |
Liquid Dispensers Dispensers are available with a variety of features, from manual controlled to automatic dispensers for adhesive dispensing, cyanoacrylate, UV resin, silicone, RTV and anaerobic dispensing. An air powered dispenser operates on time and air pressure whereas a peristaltic pump is a mechanical dispenser or volumetric dispenser and positively displaces a fluid.
Dispensing Robots Fisnar Inc. industrial robots are an economic solution to automation, a wide range of desktop, gantry-Cartesian and SCARA dispensing robots is available suitable for low, medium and high production environments. Fisnar also offer video narrated trials to help in the evaluation process, our lab technicians will program your job and return the completed work with the video.

Dispensing Valves Valves are selected by fluid viscosity, fluid content and the purpose that the valve will be used for. Spool valves are for high viscosity materials. Poppet valves perform smaller shots sizes. Diaphragm valves are for volatile fluids and UV resins. Pinch-tube valves handle volatiles and cyanoacrylates. Needle valves are for dots and auger valves are for high viscosity fluids such as solder paste applications.
Tips, Barrels, and Accessories All dispensing applications output at a dispensing needle, Fisnar offers a large selection of tip and needle types including tapered tips, Teflon tips, needle tips, blunt end tips and stainless steel tips, all with luer lock fittings. Dispensing barrels or syringes are available in 3, 5, 10, 30 and 35cc sizes. A range of nozzles and cartridges are stocked for larger volumes of liquids.
Meter-Mix Dispensing Many adhesives, polyurethane, resins and epoxies are supplied as two-part formulations and require precision meter mix machines to handle the metering of the component parts. Meter mix machines are available as gear pump systems for lower viscosities and perhaps larger volumes and piston pump machines are for higher viscosity fluids and materials with filler.
Hot Melt Thermadose Dispensing THERMADOSE® Positive-displacement, all-electric Hot Melt systems are designed to provide the ultimate in temperature controlled thermoplastic delivery and dispensing for industrial applications using pressure sensitive adhesives, contact adhesives, waxes and sealants. Machine options are available for non-adhesive processing applications that require ultra-clean delivery. These systems are designated as "NA." All products are RoHS compliant and CE approved.

Free Video Trial
The simplest way to see what Fisnar robots can do for your application is with a FREE VIDEO TRIAL. Just send us a sample of your part and a sample of your material, and our lab will, FREE OF CHARGE, make a trial run using your parts and material, video tape the trial run, and send you the video and completed parts. You can see Fisnar robots in action here.
