Rotary and Z-Axis Dispensing Systems

A two-station rotary table for dispensing circular beads, such as adhesives, cyanoacrylates, RTV, silicone, UV cure resins, anaerobic resins on circular parts up to 6" (152.4mm) in diameter. The z axis on the turntable has tilt control for side wall dispensing. Designed for dispensing adhesives onto speakers and for speaker coil assembly

A Z-axis station designed for integration into a work cell, automated in-line system or manually activated by a foot switch. A tool holder is supplied for 30cc barrels.
