Metering & Mixing Dispense Equipment

Metering & Mixing Questionnaire
Dual Cartridge Dispense System
Questionnaire
There is a very important first step in requesting a proposal for a metering & mixing machine and that is to complete the questionnaire. Information is required on the two materials to be metered and dispensed, including their viscosity, specific gravity, content and behavior. We also require information on the process, shot size and volume. Once the information is received a proposal can be presented.

Dual Cartridge Dispenser
The model DCD is an excellent cost-effective solution for low volume mixing and dispensing of two-part materials supplied in dual cartridges. The fully portable bench-mounted system is simple to install and program for accurate two-part dispensing.

Piston Pump Metering & Mixing Systems
Gear Pump Metering & Mixing Systems
Gear Pump Systems
piston pump metering & mixing dispensing machine is a cost effective solution, particularly with higher viscosities and moderate production output. Two metering pumps of exact size and ratio dispense the two materials through non-return valves to a static mixing nozzle.
Gear Pump Metering & Mixing
Gear pump systems are designed for lower viscosities and higher volumes. They are generally more costly than piston pump metering & mixing machines but are suited to an automatic assembly line system. The two components enter into a precision gear that can very accurately meter the flow and therefore the volume of material.
Progressive Cavity Metering & Mixing Systems
Pail Pump Metering & Mixing Systems
Progressive cavity Metering & Mixing
Progressive cavity, severe duty, valveless metering & mixing machine models that provide accurate and repeatable volumetric dispensing over a wide spectrum of viscosities.
Pail Pump Metering & Mixing Equipment
5 gallon and 55 gallon pail pump metering & mixing systems are designed for high viscosity base fluid up to 1 million cps directly from pails or drums with activator fed from a stailess steel tank.
Static Mixing Nozzles
Static Mixing Nozzles
A range of static mixing nozzles provide sizes based upon the number of elements in the nozzle, which can range from 24 to 56. The number of elements are determined by the material manufacturer. Static mixers are used with both piston pump and gear pump machines. Fisnar provide nozzles for all makes of metering & mixing machines.
