An economic solution to two-part metering and mixing applications requiring moderate shot volumes of 0.5cc to 50cc at ratio 1:1. The system is Ideal for epoxy resin, polyurethane resin, potting compound and filling operations. System can also be interfaced to a Fisnar dispensing robot. Final mixing is by a static mixer or dynamic mixing gun.

The IJ30C incorporates the latest Fisnar Inc., in-line drive mechanism (ILD) to provide controlled flow characteristics during dispense not normally associated with pneumatic machines. ILD also assists the accurate and consistent processing of materials with high mix ratios or vastly differing viscosities.
