IJ500 Metering & Mixing Machine

The highly accurate, technically advanced and versatile IJ500 metering, mixing and dispensing machine has been developed specifically to enhance the industry standard in constant output dispensing.

With a choice of fixed ratio or variable ratio metering, IJ500 provides closed loop monitoring of the operating parameters as set via the onboard HMI touch screen control panel.

Both machine versions offer programmable flow rate and dispense volume settings whilst the variable ratio machine also incorporates programmable mix ratio adjustment.

Specifications

Metering Pumps:	Precision constant flow gear pumps.
Ratio Range:	Volumetric mix ratios from 1:1 to 100:1 can be accommodated.
Viscosity Acceptance:	Up to 8,000 cps.
Output:	Up to 6.0 liters per minute at 1:1 mix ratio.
Mixing:	Disposable Static or air driven Rotary static.
Reservoir Capacity:	30-liter stainless steel.
Controls:	HMI touch screen interface with programmable flow-rate and/or dispense volume adjustment. Additional programmable mix ratio adjustment on variable ratio machine.
Services:	Single phase 13 amp 240volt AC electric + compressed air.
