VMS400 Mini Spool Valve |
A high pressure dispensing valve designed to dispense high viscosity fluids such as sealants, silicones, RTV, paste and greases. The valve's seal provides a snap-release shut off after dispensing, creating in a suck-back effect that prevents any dripping. The 790HPNM-LF is designed to be used with the VC-1195A valve controller for faster cycling and sharper cut off.

Mini Spool Valves are engineered to dispense high viscosity fluids with a maximum fluid pressure of 700 psi. The VMS400 is suitable for bead laying and sealing applications and designed for dispensing lubricants, RTV, silicone, sealants, and other high viscosity fluids.

VC-1195A 4-Way Valve Controller - Faster Cycling |
A high pressure needle valve designed for micro-shot dispensing of high viscosity fluids that need to be pressurized up to 3500 psi. The dispensing valve also has a shot size adjustment feature, which can fine-tune the valve for precise dispensing deposits. The LV-0126NM-LF is designed to be integrated with the VC-1195A valve controller for faster cycling and increased accuracy.

The VC-1195A Dispensing Valve Controller is designed to provide a faster cycle for any valve that has a secondary air input line. The second air line will snap the valve closed faster than with an internal spring closing system. This will allow for a higher cycle rate and reduce the amount of material that trapped in the valve after dispensing.
