DSP501LF Valve Controller

The DSP501LF valve controller is designed to control the DV509 and VD510 diaphragm valves The DSP501LF provides a 3-way action to operate the valve's diaphragm, once the air pulse is removed the diaphragm snaps back to close the fluid intake. The controller also has a large solenoid that exhaust a large volume of air after the dispense operation which is needed to efficiently control the valve. A high cycling diaphragm valve that can provide more than 500 cycles per minute, the VD510 is suitable for automatic assembly requiring deposits of 1 microliter and above. UHMW-PE material is used for the diaphragm and valve head. The VD510 is suitable for cyanoacrylates, solvent, reagents, alcohols, and acids.
