Applicator Valve Head Electric (No Air)For automated mounted installations. Fast "Snap" function solenoid valve with precise needle and seat action producing a clean cutoff preventing drip and a free floating valve design with no seals to wear out. |
Applicator Valve Head Air-OperatedAir operated tip seal valve, suitable for high viscosity materials. An external electric solenoid opens and closes the air to the air valve - see below for solenoids. |

Manifold Applicators |
An external electric 4 way solenoid opens and closes the air to an air operated applicator valve. A 3 way solenoid is used for a manifold applicator. Available in 24VDC, 115VAC and 220/230VAC models

Commonly used in corrugated or folded carton applications to dispense hot melt in either horizontal or vertical modes. Manifold applicators are available in versions to take one, two or four dispense valves.

Flow Heads |
T&Y configured flow-heads distribute an even flow of fluid either as a bead or single deposit. Application nozzles are ordered separately. Flow-heads are designed for continuous operation.
